Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 October 2026

These terms apply to EnquiryGuard, operated by Studio 444 By Exec Connective Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 15627981.

The service

EnquiryGuard provides automated call handling, enquiry capture, lead qualification, notifications and related workflow services. The service is intended to support, not replace, a customer's own operational judgement and emergency procedures.

Trials and billing

Unless otherwise agreed, the Founding Plan includes a 3-day free trial followed by a recurring subscription of £99 per month plus any applicable taxes. A payment method is collected at signup. The subscription begins charging when the trial ends unless cancelled beforehand. The free trial includes up to 10 handled calls; trial access may be paused if that allowance is reached before the three-day period ends. Customers may cancel through the billing portal; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the applicable billing period.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate business information and lawful call-routing instructions, maintain any required notices or consents, and ensure that EnquiryGuard is not configured to make misleading promises about pricing, availability, guarantees or emergency response. Customers remain responsible for services delivered to their own callers and clients.

Automated calls and recordings

Customers acknowledge that EnquiryGuard uses an automated receptionist. Where recording or monitoring features are enabled, customers are responsible for ensuring their use is lawful and appropriately disclosed.

Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Telephony, internet, AI, hosting and third-party provider outages can affect operation. Customers should maintain an appropriate fallback for safety-critical or emergency communications.

Acceptable use

The service must not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or deceptive activity, or to collect payment-card details or other information that the configured service is not intended to handle.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, EnquiryGuard is provided as a business support service and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost opportunities caused by third-party outages, or decisions made by callers or customers based on incomplete information.

Changes and termination

We may update the service or these terms from time to time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, misuse, legal or security reasons. Customers may cancel their subscription in accordance with the billing terms above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply.
