EnquiryGuard is operated by Studio 444 By Exec Connective Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15627981). This policy explains how we handle personal data when businesses use EnquiryGuard and when callers interact with an EnquiryGuard-powered receptionist.
Information we process
We may process business contact details, account and billing information, service-area and business configuration data, call metadata, caller contact details, enquiry details, transcripts and structured summaries. Where call recording is enabled for a customer, audio recordings may also be processed.
How we use information
We use personal data to provide and secure the service, answer and route calls, qualify enquiries, generate lead summaries, notify customers, administer trials and subscriptions, support users, prevent abuse, monitor reliability and meet legal obligations.
AI-assisted call handling
EnquiryGuard uses automated and AI-assisted systems to handle calls. Production callers are told that they are speaking with an automated receptionist. The system is designed to collect and route information rather than provide regulated professional advice.
Service providers
We use specialist service providers for hosting, telephony, AI voice processing, databases, email delivery and payments. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to us and our customers.
Payments
Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe. EnquiryGuard does not store full card numbers.
Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and records, resolve disputes and meet legal, tax and contractual requirements. Retention can vary by data type and customer configuration.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to request data portability. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
